Joint OVHFA & RVHFG Meeting (November 1, 2025)

Our annual joint meeting of Rochester VHF Group and the Ontario VHF Association is scheduled for Saturday November 1, 2025 9AM - 3PM at the Black Creek Community Centre in Stevensville, ON, 2959 Baker Rd, as last year. There will shortly be an RSVP go up as we did last year and kindly let us know
If you are able to make it.

We are looking for presentations once again. Don’t be shy, if you have some pet project or ideas to share, please put something together. We have had some pretty interesting presentations last few meetings.

This is an opportunity to also show off your coolest gear and demo microwave Stuff as well. Also if you have stuff to sell or re gift bring it along we will have a mini hamfest at the back of the room.
VHF UHF SHF ideally…

Anyone who needs paper VUCC WAS cards checked we can do that too. (Not that any paper cards are making it here in this side of the border at the moment , sigh) BUT, if you are playing catch up bring them along.

If there are any folks outside of the OVHFA or RVHFG who are interested in getting radio active
Above 30 MHz, the invitation is extended. Let us know please .

Admission is $20 US or $25 CAD to cover food and rental. Speaking of food, once again, we do need a coffee captain, and snack, pop and water Bagels, etc …

Special thanks to the donors for all of the door prizes. Keysight/VE3KH, DX Engineering, Green Heron Engineering, and Down East Microwave. There was well over $1000 in prizes that our attendees went home with. The next OVHFA/RVHFG Joint Meeting will not occur again until 2027 as we will be hosting Microwave Update in the fall of 2026!
